Our Route Manager will deliver your cooler and will also explain and demonstrate to you, all you need to know about the cooler and our delivery service. Your Route Manager has his own designated routes, providing you with a regular personal service and is always on hand to help you in any way they can.

Water Deliveries

You will be set up for regular deliveries with a frequency to suit your consumption levels. With 2 water distribution centres across the country we can ensure the majority of UK businesses will receive their delivery from a local depot to your office.

Empty Bottles

Every delivery, we'll pick up your empty bottles. Our bottles are returnable and carry a small bottle deposit for each full bottle of water you receive. We will promptly credit you for each empty bottle you return.

Keeping your Cooler Clean

You can let us take care of keeping your cooler clean by opting in to our 'Cooler Care Service'. We will visit your cooler four times a year if you have Bottled Water Coolers and twice a year if you have Mains Water Coolers, to change and/or thoroughly clean all internal parts of the cooler.

Paying your bills is made easy by using Direct Debit which is available to all business customers.

You can choose from one of two ways to pay for your bottled water and accessories.

  1. Rental; you pay a monthly fee for your cooler rental and cooler care service, and then pay for your bottled water, cups and additional products as and when you need them
  2. Purchase; you can buy and own the water cooler and then order bottled water, cups and additional products as and when you need them

The first Hampshire Water Festival took place in August 2015 in Winchester and was a great success with 10,000 visitors.

The Hampshire Water Partnership was formed in 2001 and is composed of a wide range of organisations who are stakeholders in water in Hampshire. Its main aim is to ensure the long term future of Hampshire’s rivers, aquifers and wetlands for people and wildlife. see www.hampshirewaterfestival.co.uk. The Hampshire Water Partnership was established in 1999 to foster increased understanding and knowledge-sharing about Hampshire’s water environments and the issues facing rivers, wetlands and aquifers. It comprises private, public and voluntary bodies who have a role or interest in the sustainable management of this unique water environment. The Partnership has no executive powers, but provides a forum for closer working relationships, information dissemination, and discussion on topical issues.
